Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong item
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll review your case promptly and work to provide a suitable solution, whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for returns, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Products that have been used or are not in their original condition
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us before submitting your request.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, simply request a return for the original purchase (if eligible), and place a new order for the product you'd like instead.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. In most cases, refunds appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
